Ainsi, d\u00e9velopper un management interculturel, inclusif et humain est essentiel pour attirer et garder les personnes au sein des \u00e9quipes et organisations et \u00e9viter les externalit\u00e9s n\u00e9gatives li\u00e9es \u00e0 la non-prise en compte de la diversit\u00e9 dans les organisations. Dans cet article, nous explorerons ces concepts et partagerons des strat\u00e9gies pour d\u00e9velopper une sensibilit\u00e9 culturelle et promouvoir un environnement de travail inclusif et accueillant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le management interculturel implique de g\u00e9rer efficacement les diff\u00e9rences culturelles au sein d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe ou d&rsquo;une organisation. Il vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement o\u00f9 chaque individu se sent valoris\u00e9 et respect\u00e9, ind\u00e9pendamment de son origine culturelle (sociale, religieuse, de genre, d\u2019\u00e2ge, ect). Un management inclusif et humain fait des diff\u00e9rences pouvant \u00eatre per\u00e7ues comme des \u201cfaiblesses\u201d au sein de ses \u00e9quipes des forces encourageant la collaboration et l&rsquo;innovation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un exemple : les entreprises homog\u00e8nes vont chercher des profils tr\u00e8s norm\u00e9s qui assureront une stabilit\u00e9 et une coh\u00e9rence des valeurs organisationnelles. Cette croyance qui a pu \u00eatre pertinente \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration est devenue obsol\u00e8te : en effet, dans un monde globalis\u00e9, la stabilit\u00e9 provient plut\u00f4t de la diversit\u00e9 interne \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me, comme nous l\u2019apprend la biologie. Plus haut est l\u2019indice de diversit\u00e9, plus forte sera la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me au changement. Ainsi, on observe d\u00e9j\u00e0 cette <em>trend<\/em> chez les grosses entreprises qui cherchent \u00e0 recruter des profils agiles. Ces individus sont capables de s&rsquo;adapter rapidement aux changements, de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9ative, et de travailler efficacement dans des \u00e9quipes multidisciplinaires. En recrutant et en d\u00e9veloppant des profils agiles, les organisations peuvent rester comp\u00e9titives sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, une entreprise performante sait recruter et fid\u00e9liser ses talents efficacement. Quoi de plus important alors qu\u2019une culture d&rsquo;entreprise attrayante ? En anglais, le sigle \u201cDEI\u201d qui correspond \u00e0 \u201cDiversit\u00e9 Equit\u00e9 Inclusion\u201d est souvent compl\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019un \u201cB\u201d pour \u201cBelonging\u201d, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire, le sentiment d\u2019appartenance. En effet, une entreprise qui r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un fort sentiment d\u2019engagement et de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 chez ses collaborateurices aura un taux de turn over beaucoup moins \u00e9lev\u00e9 et ainsi diminuera les co\u00fbts engendr\u00e9s par des recrutements avort\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, d\u00e9velopper une sensibilit\u00e9 interculturelle permet \u00e0 une entreprise de s\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 des opportunit\u00e9s \u00e0 un niveau international : dans un monde interconnect\u00e9 \u00e0 la culture globale, c\u2019est un avantage non n\u00e9gligeable, voire une obligation, d\u2019\u00e9tendre son march\u00e9 hors des fronti\u00e8res nationales. Avec un management interculturel, attirer des talents de partout et d\u00e9velopper vos activit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019international aura forc\u00e9ment un retentissement positif sur votre performance.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusion, le management interculturel, inclusif et humain n\u2019est en rien contradictoire et m\u00eame est essentiel pour la performance des entreprises au XXIe si\u00e8cle. Cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail o\u00f9 chacun se sent valoris\u00e9, respect\u00e9 et motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 donner le meilleur de lui-m\u00eame permet d\u2019atteindre de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats tant \u00e9conomiques qu\u2019en termes de bien-\u00eatre personnel et professionnel.
